My wife and I spent our anniversary here and everything was great. Check in starts at 4 but we were able to check in and hour early! Vallet service is very efficient. They also send you a text once you check into your room were you can communicate with the front desk if you need anything instead of having to call. Room was nice and clean, restaurant food was a solid 8/10 and the beer was cold! Will definitely go back!

The hotel itself was very clean in the main areas. We stayed in a two bedroom condo room and it was not properly cleaned before we arrived. There was still food under the couch from previous guests and a dirty dishwasher. We paid the ADDITIONAL $125 cleaning fee for a condo and they still failed to refill our toiletry bottles. A cabana rental is $500 dollars for the day which we thought was pretty excessive. The views and proximity to the beach were great though. The food at the Landshark was pretty good and the staff was always very friendly.

The hotel was very clean and with the exception of 1 rude member, the staff was very nice. Bradley, at the LandShark Cafe was exceptional. He did an excellent job serving us and was very friendly. He made us feel at home. The only issue was that our room got skipped on the first day for cleaning and we needed towels. The beach access, balcony view, and pool were all excellent. The ledge around the pool did need to be cleaned of beer cans, drink cups, etc.. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying with y'all again. Keep up the good work.
