The only reason I chose this hotel was because it said on Expedia page that they can arrange for a pickup at Nantes Airport. However I tried contacting the hotel to arrange for pickup, I sent in email three times, no reply. So sent in fax two times, no reply. I called few times but nobody is picking up the phone (it's got a message in French, which I don't understand.) Finally I had a friend call them from Spain, and he got to talk to someone only to find out that they don't do any pickup at airport. So what was that comment on Expedia all about??? It could have been any other hotel, hopefully nearer, if they don't have airport pickup service. They should not post that they have airport pickup if they don't. Or is it Expedia side problem? Very disappointed; but otherwise, the hotel and room itself was OK for the price.
