This is an older hotel however, the staff and housekeeping do their best to keep it clean and comfortable. I did have to ask for more than two pillows for a king room and only one washcloth was provided for two people. But when I asked, they went out of their way to obtain the requested items. Great staff very friendly but I do think you need to update the furnishings. But it was fine for one night.

DO NOT Stay at this Hotel!
My wife and I checked in, went to our room we found it to be dirty, worn out, giant holes in sheets, and we did not feel safe. Based on this we went to the front desk and told the attendant that we could not stay in a place like this and asked for a refund. We were told we needed to request the refund from Hotels.com. The attendant was understanding and sympathetic to our feelings.

Room especially bathroom really needed some TLC. Was there just before Covid and it seems to have gone downhill. Bed was very comfortable, Needed a new bottom sheet as ours had holes. Had to ask for extra towels washcloths and toiletries.

We checked in and went to our room. There was a filthy towel hanging on the show rod. The wash towel had gross stains on it. I went back to the front desk and asked for another room. We went into another room and the smell of cleaner was so strong my nose hurt. I went back to the front counter. This time the clerk was mad at me and I said I wanted my money back and she said I would have to get it from Expedia. I tried to cancel though Hotels.com and it said it was too late. We booked another room through Hotels.com in Mount Vernon and stayed there.
