Some of the guests are messy and unfortunately it makes the grounds look horrible This location in Greensboro needs to have a daily cleaning staff for outside, Being in the bottom floor, and having noises people above me, I’d recommend carpet be installed.

Hotel in a very good location, quite nice building. But the staff and cleaning issues are really teribble. No one cleaning the rooms, there is no any daily service for clean towels and etc.

It's obviously cheaper than all the nearby hotels for a reason. The floors were dirty, blanket on bed was dirty. There wasn't a shower curtain so we had to go ask for one. And put it on ourselves. You only get 2 very small pillows, and 2 towels, we had to go ask for extra towels. It's bare minimum

Clean, safe, decent TV, exercise room, laundry. It’s not bad. Just don’t expect fancy. And remember it’s long-term stays so people cook in their rooms so the hall can be a little smelly, but it’s fine in your room.
