Bottom line, is that this is my bottom line
Be anywhere outside of your room and you'd be cold within minutes, unfortunately. I personally also found the downstairs bathroom and washroom to be of a unpleasant design (being even colder with weird staircase shape)
On the plus side, the quarter is still confortable and comes with towels at least.
