The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was nice, clean and spacious. I loved the layout it fitted my needs perfectly. I stayed with family for Disney World festivities so we didn’t get to enjoy the onsite amenities. We look forward to going back soon.

Rooms were clean. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a four night stay. I wasn’t expecting to have to take out the trash but it was easy enough as there are chutes at the end of the hallway. Being able to text for a ride to the main tower was also very convenient.
Check out is at 10am instead of the standard 11am. We had people knocking on the door as early as 930am trying to get us out. At 955 someone else knocked on the door. I suggest making an even earlier check out time if you want guests out before 10am instead of making them feel rushed. That is really my only complaint.
Seeing the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our balcony was a nice bonus.

Our suite was very attractive with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean as well. The pool and 2 restaurants on the premises were great as we did not have to leave the resort to have meals.
