Clean and well located hotel, water was either turn off during the night or run out. We called hotel emergency number and got water back around 8:00 am next morning. There is no counter service from 10 pm until 8 Am.

We really enjoyed our stay. The fact that it is pet friendly was what made us choose the place. Staff were extremely nice and the centre of the town is four minutes walk so it was really easy to walk there.

This was a nice option. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. Maria at reception helped us organize a couple of tours and had good recommendations of places to go. Bernal is an interesting place. It's a sleepy town during the week that comes alive on the weekend. Try the cheese bread/Pan de queso!!!

Todo muy execelente, los trabajadores muy amables y en general la habitación y el hotel muy bien cuidado pero la verdad el precio se me hizo mucho 1450 yo lo bajaría por la habitación unos 800 a lo mucho

No quisieron facturarme. Que porque tienen problemas con sus facturas. Eso es hasta ilegal. Pero pues para que alegar. No queria arruinar mi viaje de placer. Habitación sucia, mal limpiada. Encontramos pasadores y basurilla. No vale 5 pesos el hotel para ser tan sucio
