We really love this place, The hotel room is clean and the room service is above and beyond. Special Thanks to Lucas the manager, he offered to switch rooms for us without hesitation when the water temperature in our room was hard to adjust. And he provided the best service possible for us and made this trip to Beijing unforgettable. I would definitely come back and stay again at Westin Financial Street Beijing for my next visit!

Clean and comfortable
Overall we had a very comfortable one-night stay at the Westin. Unfortunately the first room we were assigned to reeked of smoke (we booked non-smoking) and it took some time for the staff to assign us to a new room. Other than that, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Gym was also clean and well-equipped. Would recommend.

This hotel is being refurbished, so swimming pool, gym, italian restaurant are unavailable until 15 dec 2019, also except a Shopping Centre there are no restaurantes circa. Too be even more fun whole área was with traffic restricciones for a weekend, due to preperation of celebración, choose another Hotel until is refurbished

The hotel is undergoing a refurb which is not mentioned until you arrive. No discounts or apologies upon checkout so nice hotel if you want a bed only. Unfortunately not a great stay in its current condition and no discount given.

Nice stay, very close to my office, so location-wise nothing to complain. Breakfast is average, and keep in mind they are renovating a bar, fitness room and swimming pool. Overall good stay.
