Terrible customer service. Guest next door set off fire alarms, smoking, yelling, and slamming doors. Management investigated after fire dept and allowed them to stay. Checked out a day early and no questions asked as to what could be done to have a happy customer. Sent a message online with no response as well.

Staff was awesome. TV service needed a reboot. The young lady who worked over night helped with no hesitation to get it back up and running. The room next door smelled of weed. Faucets could use some maintenance, the shower could use some cleaning, otherwise the stay was comfy and quiet!
