I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. While there were many positive aspects, there were also some areas that could be improved.
Positives:
The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I appreciated the coffee machine and biscuits in the room.
The room was warm and had everything I needed.
The building is stunning and the rooms are beautifully designed.
Free parking was a great convenience.
The staff at reception were polite and helpful.
Areas for Improvement:
I did not receive the VIP rewards that were promised when I booked.
The bathroom was freezing, and the shower was only lukewarm, not hot.
The walls were quite thin, which made it difficult to sleep as I could hear other residents talking in the early hours of the morning.
My room seemed to be above the main lobby/reception area, which resulted in a lot of noise and disrupted my sleep.
Overall, while I enjoyed certain aspects of my stay, the noise and lack of promised VIP rewards affected my experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
