No parking upon arrival , then no access , the young girl was out and sounded stressed . Many asking for room changes ! We were in premium ! Never been premium ! A basic double . Charity bed , springy mattress , tiny TV… plus points , shower room and cleanliness , plus fridge . Won’t go back , seems to have poor make around area on talking to others .

Excellent location round the corner from Grassington main main square. Close to lots of walks into the Dales and also the river. Nice hotel, we stayed in the suite which had plenty of room with the extra lounge space. Nicely furnished with a big bathroom area. We parked at the hotel which was a bonus. We had a lovely 2 night stay with friends. The rooms were big & well equipped, really comfy beds & pillows. Loads of tea/coffee etc . Very quiet & very clean.
