Great location. We drove to the hotel and there was a public parking garage next to the hotel that was convenient. We were able to walk to everything within 10 minutes. We would stay again in the future.

Lovely stay in Arcachon
We had a super stay at the Victoria Boutique in Arcachon. The hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and so helpful. (Thanks Laura) Amenities are excellent and the rooms are very nicely decorated, showers were really good/powerful and large. One thing to be aware of is the the toilet door is a sliding door and could offer more privacy. Our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Arcachon.

Cool design, compact rooms
Positives - Well located in town near the train station and city centre - The room is quite compact but tastefully decorated. The chic interior design has modern open storage solutions (hanging rails and open shelves). - USB A and USB C outlets under the lights next to the bed (on both sides) - Tall mirror next to the window - Bathroom has a rain shower and a handheld shower unit - Bathroom is beautifully decorated (tile colour and design is stunning) - Two bathrobes, bath sheets and hand towels are provided - Toiletries in refillable bottles are provided (hand and body wash, hand and body lotion and a hair and body wash). No body lotion or hair conditioner. - Refillable water bottles, coffee machine and a fridge are available. The water (sparkling or still) is refilled from the taps on the fourth floor. Negatives - The toilet is separate and has a glass coated door. Anyone sharing the room can hear and see you (as the door doesn’t fully close) - The shower door is made from clear glass and visible from the bed and there is no privacy. - There is no shelf in the shower so you have to bend down to pick up your toiletries from the floor - A handheld hairdryer can be plugged into any outlet but you have to keep pressing the switch to activate. This is not great for people with RSI and can be tiring. - The room lighting is either too dark (soft bedside lights) or too bright (main switch)

Très décevant
Hôtel bien placé dans Arcachon avec de très belles photos sur le site internet. En revanche la réalité est différente, la première chambre Deluxe proposée se situe au rez de chaussée et est mal agencée, on peut à peine faire le tour du lit, les wc d’un côté et la salle de bain de l’autre. La chambre et la porte ne sont pas insonorisée et on entend tous les bruits et discussions de la réception. Le personnel aimable nous a changé de chambre pour une Deluxe au 4eme étage. L’isolation n’est pas vraiment mieux, le 4eme étage est très bas de plafond, la porte des wc est coulissante et ne permet aucune intimité puisqu’elle reste entre ouverte. Le petit déjeuner est situé sur la terrasse couverte extérieure au 4eme étage (sûrement idéal en été). Petit déjeuner très basic, certainement pas d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Tous les fauteuils et coussins de la terrasse / petit déjeuner sont tachés d’excréments d’oiseaux.

Hotel très bien situé, proche de tout en plein centre d'Arcachon et proche de la Gare. L'accueil est incroyable et tous les membres du personnel sont au petit soin, d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité exceptionnelles. Les chambres sont confortables et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et surtout avec des produits frais. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !
