The first room I was in had packing tape golding the door lock on, the remote didnt work and no mocrowave. I jave a specsil diest and cannot eat out. I was switched to a room on the third floor. Im disabled but they did have an elevator that smelled like urine and i would have to go down three dlights of stairs of there was an emergency. My neighbors had the tv on full blast at 12:30 am, the AC only had 2 setrings. Freezing and sweating. Room was clean nice fridge but overall, I would not stay there again.
