Spoke to the manager the next day as the room we were given was not equal to what we had booked and he was great at ensure we were given a satisfactory resolution. All other hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious was nice to have the additional living space to chill after a long day. We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn and felt it was an excellent value for the price. The complimentary breakfast was above average, and we especially enjoyed the ham, egg, and cheese croissants each morning. The location was perfect for our trip, just a short walk to the Colorado Convention Center and an easy walk to 16th Street, where there were plenty of great restaurants, shops, places to grab a drink, and ice cream in the evenings. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being given a complimentary late checkout until 1:00 p.m. since our flight wasn’t until later that day. It has a nice outdoor seating area on the 8th floor. The comfortable couches and fire pit made it a great place to relax after a busy day. We also appreciated having on-site laundry facilities. The coin-operated washers and dryers were convenient, and the hotel sold individual boxes of detergent for just $1, which saved us from having to buy a large container at a store. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Between the great location, excellent staff, comfortable amenities, and outstanding value, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Denver.
