Everything is fine except parking car. If you have a car and want to use hotel's parking area, they will tell you " these parking area managing by another company. We will stamp your parking ticket and you get discount" They say normaly it is 200 PLN, with stamp it is 100 PLN ???

We love the convenient position of the hotel. It’s directly opposite Warsaw Central Station. Lots of shopping malls and restaurants extremely close by. The lobby and associated areas are impressive as well as the buffet breakfast, which was excellent. The swimming pool, saunas and especially the gym are great. The only criticism I have is the rooms are a little dated and the bathroom is small but otherwise we will definitely stay there again next time we visit.

Don’t add lounge access.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I booked a room with a lounge access which was a big waste of money. The lounge was terrible. Nothing to eat during the day. Cakes cost extra money as if it’s not enough the extra money I paid to have access to the lounge. A big disappointment.
