Friendly staff, great location, shuttle service to downtown Banff was excellent. Room and common areas were clean and well-maintained, easy access to major routes and beautiful room. This hotel was perfect! Right outside of Banff, but still a 4 minute drive to the heart of Banff. The hot tub has a beautiful view of the mountains during the day, and very peaceful at night! The room was nice and cozy, perfect after a day of snowboarding up in lake Louise. Definitely would recommend and come here again!
