Good choice near the actions
I’ve stayed here several times by now and overall it’s a good choice in Sannomiya. Convenient location, clean room in a good size with a comfy bed. The only things I’d like to see the changes are the pillows and breakfasts. The pillows are huge and stone heavy😂 not comfortable at all to sleep on. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The bread choice is poor, only dinner rolls and French toast. No pastries or croissants.. The restaurant is Italian, and they serve some pasta dishes for breakfast but they were not that good.. Regardless of some shortcomings I would stay here again in the future. Customer service are pretty good😊

It seems this hotel is pretty new. The Moderate Double room I stayed is compact, but ok for one person. For two it could be too tight with no space for two suitcases. I liked a separate bathtub. Breakfast is pretty good. Will stay again.

We stayed 4 days in the executive suite. Assuming it’s the best room of their hotel. However There is no service for the first 3 days. I had to ask the reception for new towels everyday. They said I had to put service sign on the door before 10am. We put it out at 11am(because we wake up late) so got no service. On last day I was in the hotel whole day(and had service sign out the night before!) there is no one come to service until 12p.m. I called reception and this time they had no excuse and ask me when do I need service?! The pillows are extremely uncomfortable, we didnt had any good sleep during the five days. Good things with the hotel is the location. And normal king/twin rooms are very affordable. It is not worth to pay 4 times normal rate to get the executive suite. It will not value the money. And the reception got very poor English compare to Osaka and Kyoto hotels, do not expect they will answer any of your enquiries.

Nice and clean , walkable in all places. Convinient, Bath and toilet are separated with a glass wall was so perfect ,love the amenities and the most important there was two big pillows for each person.Breakfast was good. During check in staff was polite and helpful. But on checki out you have to do it by yourself just like some other hotels, the thing is there was no one to greet you and thank you for staying. Staff were all busy that they don’t care about the outgoing guests.I hope there is even one staff to greet also the checking out guests, then everything will be good. And i wish they can maintain the cleanliness of the hotel. Definitely will stay again .

Daiwa have got a very good hotel product. Right down to the design of their pyjamas. This hotel is very well placed to access the Port, public transport and the excellent shopping malls. The room layout is good and the beds very comfortable. We didn’t try their food offering so cannot comment. Overall we enjoyed Kobe and the hotel was excellent

The hotel is clean and modern. I like how spacious the room is. However we ordered room service and they gave us the wrong order. It took another 1 hour for them to deliver. Totally we spent 2 hours on waiting for a grilled Steak rice bowl. It seems like the staffs there don't speak English well. And the bathtub is a bit stuck. Water doesn't go away quickly.
