When we got there the receptionist was on there break so we couldn’t get in to the building. Then we had to pay $20 per day extra for parking and when we booked the description said parking not that you had to pay for it. For the first four days the whole way from the left to our room was so smelly they only came in once to change the bedsheets in two weeks. They came in on the third day that we were there and then we had to ask for them to have someone come in and change the sheets as it was hot and it’s pretty filthy to be in the same sheets for 10 days besides that the room was a good size. One of the receptionist was extremely helpful. The rest of them were very average.

As always accomodation was great, staff are friendly, pools and spa are fantastic for a relaxing day and tram at door, bus on corner and walking distance to caville, one block from beach and still has nice views. Mantra Sun City is a great place to stay due to the location which is right near the tram line. The resort has amazing facilities especially the heated pool. The Room was quite amazing with us having Ocean Views as requested but our room also had a River View. the pools were a fantastic fun as we had indoor and outside heated pools and the amazing views both ocean view and river view.
