Not the most honest…
It was just ok. The so called private hot tub was just a regular shower/bath tub. The price was decent tho. They also advertise a store there that is NOT OPEN YET. Make sure u show up before midnight cause the first time I made reservations there I arrived after midnight and NO ONE CAME TO THE OFFICE TO CHECK ME IN (leaving me stranded without a room for the night) AND THEN THEY WOULDNT REFUND MY MONEY!!!

Very nice staff who are trying hard but this is a low level large motel that needs some work.before it will be up to standards. Convenient location. Great nearby restaurants. Including best diner “ The Diner at Samsons Supermarket! Hopefully next year they will have Ocean View, motel up to a 4 star level

The staff was not friendly and we requested an extra towel and an extra pillow for our stay and never received them. This hotel was properly priced so no other complaints. They are going through a remodel and has so much potential. Room was clean and we felt safe.

Definitely a great stay for the night. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The hot tub in the room was a plus especially after a day of hike. The only thing we didn’t like was bedsheets and plastic liner in the mattress. Sheets were a little starchy and not soft at all. The plastic liner made it worse. Staff was very friendly though and accommodating. We’d stay here again.

Deceptive
This trip was for my wifes 60th birthday. I will start with something positve. The beds were clean and comfortable. Although the first one sloped toward the headboard, we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. Room was piecemeal, they use best angle photos for advertising. 2 people, 1 coffee. Didnt bring more after requested. Floor was not cleaned properly. No smoke detector.The office is NOT OPEN 24hrs. Power went out in room at 0830, no one in office even though the open sign was lit. I called the main number and got someone but they only answered the phone that one time. We returned at 1100, still no power. Staff doesnt know how to reset a breaker. We were moved to a different room. It was nicer and the floor was clean. The sheet was too small for the matress and kept coming off. The TV did not work either and they were unable to fix it. "Sorry for the inconvenience" I will never stay in this hotel chain again. I also think that Hotels.com should stop listing them and should refund 1/2 of my money since only half of what was advertised was true.

Dump hotel
The room was disgusting The shower wasnt clean bedding was dirty motel and room doesnt match their pictures. Toilet wasnt clean either and when the front desk person asked to see the room, he argued with me saying he doesnt think its bad. The over charged me by billing me twice. We left immediately and went to another hotel after telling the front desk
