Please stay elsewhere if you want decent customer service and normal running hot water. I was gaslighted by the front desk more than once when I informed them that my hot water wasn't working at all and the water pressure was super low. It never worked, nothing was fixed and I literally had to shower by my colleague. If not, I would have demanded a full refund and left but was only there for a few short days, thank God! Danki a dios! Bottom line is, I was given a crappy room and never again would I stay here. Fix and maintain your cheap property before you rent it to unsuspecting guests. This is not hospitable behavior and stop making the customer feel crazy. A negative experience overall, not even basic amenties available here. The walls are also super thin and there is no parking due to a casino taking all customer spaces. Two thumbs way down!

Mala atención. Las habitaciones no están listas a la hora indicada. Hacen aseo cada 4 días aunque dicen que es cada 3 días. Las habitaciones huelen horrible, a cañería y en especial si llueve un poco. El parqueadero permanece lleno en las noches por un casino que se encuentra allí y toca esperar a que se libere alguno. Tiene buena ubicación, el aire acondicionado funciona bien.
