Nice quiet place to stay, close to many things. The hotel was older but kept up and clean. We didnt use the amenities as we stayed just 1 night to enjoy the HotSprings. Mediocre at best.
Very mediocre room. No water in the room, no housekeeping, cheap bedding, uncomfortable pillows and the cheapest toilet paper one can buy. Shuttle was also frustating. Long waits when coming off mountain and a tracking system that was unclear as it didn't let you know which vehicle to track.
