First they gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned they switched me to another room that didn't have any hot water, no toilet paper, not even a trash can and the room was not very clean. I left the next morning and found another hotel I travel a lot and this was absolutely the worst hotel i've been to. so if you're going to Bullhead City don't stay at the Lodge on the river.

Rooms were nothing like any of the photos. No phones, beds on wheels, one towel, television and "free wifi" nonexistent. We got what we paid for as far as "luxuries". We did sleep well and it was quiet.

The staff was very helpful and polite! They offered up any suggestions and we had an outage the last night we were there and the manager was onsite with a flashlight giving us updates on the weather and outage while we waited!

Room was not clean, permanent residents smoking everywhere, they tried to charge me an extra $100. because the room smells like smoke! I did not smoke and am fighting it all the way. It’s a rip off. They didn’t even have coffee.

I notified the motel that we would be coming in late on Saturday evening right now. It’s 8 o’clock on Sunday morning and nobody has been here to open the door for us. We just spent the night in our car and I am 69 years old We also have three more days to stay at this hotel and I really don’t want to stay here. Boomed the property due to price knowing the issues I have had their. Good price for basicroom. AC worked.perfectly and quiet. Room very sparse. I never turned on the TV. Wish there would of been water glass by sink. Pool. Losed due to maintenence.
