Room at the back so very quiet and nice view. Room was okay, bit messy and some slightly broken things in the badroom but still function and working. Overall it was good to stay

This is more a shelter rather than a hotel. No customer service, no reception, no fridge in the rooms, no kettle, no coffee, no tea, just two pillows, a place to sleep and leave very basic service better to go to the nearby city Aachen for better hotels.

We booked to stay here while attending the F1 Grand Prix in Spa, 29 miles away. It was convenient, very clean, had spacious rooms and was a pleasant stay. The only negative was that there are no staff onsite (all automated) and therefore no breakfast options. Not even tea or coffee making in rooms! I’d stay again, but I’d take a kettle with me. The only options for food within walking distance are McDonald’s and Burger King, which my 14 yr old loved but I wasn’t so keen. We did buy food in Lidl but fresh food went off quickly in the heat, with no refrigeration facilities.

Gute Lage , unkompliziert, preiswert
Die Anreise war etwas schwierig, da das Parkplatzangebot sehr eingeschränkt war. Der CheckIn war eigentlich einfach, da über einen selbst erklärendenden Automat. Der Druck der Rechnung war leider nicht möglich. Das Zimmer war einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht: bequemes Bett , kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche , Fernseher.. Für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung, für Urlaub vermutlich weniger gedacht.

Een prijsinteressant hotel, wel wat verbeterpunten
De ventilator in de badkamer maakte erg veel geluid, waardoor ik s-nachts licht niet aandeed en bijlichte met de telefoon om niet het hele hotel wakker te maken. Ik had gebeld maar stond in de rij. Ze belden wel terug en er is gepoogd het te repareren met plastic zakjes als buffer. Heeft niet geholpen. Mechanische bediening wc niet in orde. Omdat het water bleef lopen plaatje eraf gehaald zodat ik het beter kon bedienen. Op zich een goed hotel zeker goeie prijs, maar dit zou toch beter moeten lijkt me.

In diesem hotel gibt es keine Rezeption. Man muss mit einem Automaten sprechen. In der dusche war schimmel. Duschgel wurde erst nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Wir werden in diesem Hotel nicht mehr schlafen. Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen.
