Stay here, it’s fabulously fantastic.
An absolutely stunning hotel, such a brilliant conversion (it’s so clearly still the prison that it originally was, in a really very good way!), beautifully fitted out (what a great bath) and with such great and friendly service. Definitely in my Top 10 of all hotels I’ve stayed in (and I do stay at rather a lot), I will be back - hopefully with my wife some time (this was a business trip). If you can, stay here, you won’t regret it.

We stayed one night in a family room, the rooms were very tastefully designed and accommodated the 3 of us comfortably. The entire hotel is immaculate and has been transformed from former prison to hotel perfectly. We dined at The Chapel restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and the food was amazing. Fabulous place to stay!
A very interesting, clean, friendly stay. The detail kept from the original prison is fabulous! The prison tour was great and finished of our stay perfectly! Breakfast was excellent. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet, maybe due to the super thick walls! Highly recommend a visit.
