BED BUGS!! NEVER STAY HERE!!
DO NOT EVER, EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL! IT HAS BED BUGS! After checking-in and unpacking and going to dinner outside of the hotel, I came back hours later in the evening only to find BED BUGS on my pillow and mattress!! I packed up and left immediately. Upon advising management/owner, they stated that he could not find or see BED BUGS and that it "could be lint from my socks". The Bugs were jumping around!! I booked 5 nights, and the owner refused to refund anything.... not even ONE night! Terrible hotel, terrible customer service....DO NOT EVER STAY AT THE THIS HOTEL!!

Toni was awesome just a dark dingy room but beds were comfortable No dining places in the area unless you walked and the next door restaurant was limited. The area was not safe at night so Toni advised to smoke inside the gates. Then was told by other owner to smoke outside the gates. Late checkout was a extra charge. No tea or coffee in the room no water only at the main bar. Renovations were happening so very busy during the day. Overall it was a place to sleep for two nights which was bearable and good location to Santee Alley. Was more of a hostel stay than hotel stay as reception was unmanageable.
