Great location and helpful staff
The breakfast was excellent, hotel clean and with a funky decor. Great location. There were a few tiny snags during our stay (eg - our room temperature was too hot and couldn’t be altered, and our room wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days), however the manager and desk staff were incredibly helpful and sorted everything immediately. Couldn’t ask for better.

Good hotel/location/value with exceptions
The lobby is fun & inviting, decor is unique. Bed was comfy, room was big enough & well appointed. I’d recommend with 3 caveats: 1. My thermostat dial didn’t work, turning it right/left only made it scroll randomly through the numbers. Engineering was quick to come help though. 2. Only 2 bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. 3. On eight I was in bed on the phone with my boyfriend around 11 pm. There was some loud pounding (which I later surmised was my neighbor), and a few minutes late a young man knocking. I did not open the door but called the desk and was told I had a noise complaint? I said I’m laying in bed having a quiet phone conversation this can’t be right, at which point my neighbor started screaming through the wall. I am CERTAIN my phone call was a reasonable volume while alone in a hotel room I paid for without restrictions on when I could make phone calls. This sounds like an Ibis soundproofing issue more than anything.

A cool place to stay!
Very good. Location was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Room was cleverly appointed z Decor and reception area was warm and eclectic. Would definitely stay again. One small comment - being charged for parking was a bit of a disappointment. But otherwise great stay.

Hotel was not ready when we arrived and we got there passed 3pm. The hotel room wasn’t ok not the cleanest. The bathroom was like a hospital bathroom was many handrails and a disabled toilet - it just felt weird, didn’t look like a hotel. Overall service was ok.

Disappointing
Very dark rooms, quite depressing in all honesty. Comfortable bed. Good shower but chipped plug which just looked a bit scruffy/tired etc. Ridiculous to have the kettle and tea etc inside a dark wardrobe. Plentiful breakfast. Have paid similar amount to stay at other hotels nearby that are a bit nicer.
