The staff is slow and not very knowledgeable. Try to ask about the Kennedy space port next door - for a blank stare. They try to get you into a time share lecture though. Otherwise, nice apartments in ghost town.

Super fun amenities for the kids. However, be aware that any other day activities are extra but the prices are not listed until you go to do them (not so great when a child is present). Room had a slight damp odor to it, bed was extremely uncomfortable and the a/c unit was very loud it kept waking me up every time it kicked on. Thankfully, we were only spending one night here. The restaurant was good, arcade was fun and unfortunately, the hot tubs were under construction, so that was a bummer.

Food was great and enjoyed tiki bar but we were very disappointed that restaurant was closed. It’s one of the reasons we chose that particular resort. We like an on-site restaurant!
