Good stay
Great stay room and staff were very nice, restaurant was overpriced and 15 percent surcharge was not helpful.

The property is steeped in history. The surrounds are peaceful and tranquil. I could not ask for a better spot to spend the evening before my wedding.

Highly recommended. Have always been curious about Trawool Estate having driven past it many times. It really is a lovely place with excellent rooms, friendly staff, good dining options and some great facilities (tennis, squash, pool, library etc). This was a stop on our Great Victorian Rail Trail ride which runs right past the resort and follows the Goulburn river through some beautiful country.

What an unexpected treasure. The food on offer in the restaurants is exceptional and also reasonably priced. The facilities are quirky but luxurious. Some of the facilities were not open midweek but luckily we were able to enjoy most of them before we left on Friday. Hotel rooms are spacious, fresh and modern. We were a little surprised that we could hear our neighbours talking and their tv quite loudly despite there being brick walls separating the rooms. Luckily they were not spending much time in their room. The staff were so friendly and helpful for our whole stay.
The location is beautiful, but it will be the amazing food that will bring us back.

Hidden Gem!
This property exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do it justice. The room, ground, and building were just stunning! The meal in the restaurant was also exceptional. Very, very happy for the price. A hidden gem in the middle of no where. Will definitely go back, and make sure we spend more time there for sure.
