This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Café da Manhã muito bom. Nota 9. Poderia ter opção de Iogurte na jarra para tirar um 10! Piscina muito boa, dificil encontrar em SP hotel com piscina aquecida e bem aquecida, agua bem quente, relaxante, quase temperatura de uma hidro ou jaccuzi. Nota 11! Arrumação do quarto, nota 10! Restaurante. Senti falta de um buffet de jantar. Tem no almoço mas na janta somente a la carte. Em SP durante a semana boa parte dos hospedados usam o hotel apenas para dormir e almoçam perto de onde estão trabalhando. O hotel oferece buffet na hora que não tem muita gente e a noite não. MANUTENÇÃO, nota 2! Impressionante não ter plantão a noite. Na segunda noite de hospedagem o controle remoto da TV não funcionava. Fui na recepção e informam que somente no dia seguinte, às 21h nao tinha ninguem da manutenção para trocar a pilha ou o controle remoto. Pedi uma solução e foi-me dito, liga a tv no botao! (que por sinal está com problema). No dia seguinte não arrumaram o controle remoto e ao chegar no hotel as 19h tive que reclamar novamente para arrumar. Resultado, uma noite sem TV no quarto. Estacionamento positivo, não é cobrado para hospede, coisa rara em SP
