Wir waren das Wochenende im Hyperion Hotel in Berlin. Der Check-In ging schnell und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett. Wir hatten die Tower Suite und diese war sehr geräumig und sehr schön. Wir hatten eine freie Minibar mit 4 Getränkenvdrin (Cola, Fanta, Apfelsaft und ein Bier). Wir hatten auch Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Leider wurde uns beim Check-In mitgeteilt das die Executive Lounge geschlossen wurde. Deshalb wurde meine Hotelrechnung um 30€ reduziert an beiden Tagen was ich dehr nett fand. Wir wurden gefragt ob wir das Wellnes ,den pool und dauna Angebot nevenan im Fitness studio Elixia nutzen möchten. Hatten uns noch Badesachen besorgt und wollten am Abend in den Pool. Das Sudio ist im 1. Stock dws Hotels. Wie bekamen eien Karte fürs Elixia und sind hochgegangen. Im Studio wurde ens gesagt das beide personen eine gültige karte fürs studio brauchen. Wie wieder runter zur Rezeption und haben eine 2 Karte geholt . Als wie wieder im Studio waren wurde meine Tochter nach ihrem Alter gefragt, obwohl man von anfang an sah das sie keien 18 jahre alt ist wurde trotzdem gefragt und dann wurde uns gesagt der Pool wäre erst ab 18jahre und ob uns das an der Rezeption niemand gesagt hat. Ich aagdas wurde uns gesagt hatte aber vorab angerufen und mir es wurde ein time slot gegeben für spät abends und ich sagte das ich mit einem 11jährigen kind komme. Wir wieder aufs zimmer und sind dann an die Bar gegangen. Haben uno gespielt und einen Cocktail getrunken.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, vor allem was unseren hund betraf. Man kam auch sofort ins Gespräch und hatte ein gutes Gefühl angekommen zu sein. Unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in ihrem Hotel
Einzige negativ punkt ist dass im Duschbereich die Silikonnähte verschlissen bzw verfärbt sind , welche sie natürlich auf anraten ausbessern werden

Zimmer war groß und sauber, leider war die Kommunikation mangelhaft. Am frühen Morgen des 10. Dezember gab es kurz vor 3 Uhr einen Feueralarm. Nachdem alle Gäste das Hotel verließen und auf der Straße warteten gab es seitens des Hotels keine information wie immer geartete Kommunikation Wie die Situation wäre
