Long weekend in Prague
Firstly we were given the wrong room against what we we promised. the following day we were put into the room we requested however the heating was hardly on and remained that way for the duration of our stay. On the Saturday we had no hot water to shower with and over the weekend we had no housekeeping to clean our room.

It is a quite hotel. Location is very convenient to historic sites of Prague, with good public transportation. The rooms are very big. They can easily accommodate 3, 4 people. The service in the hotel is minimal. Sheets and towels are old and worn out, the beds are old but surprisingly comfortable. I hate to give this one a low rating because I enjoyed the quite big room and had no major issues, but truthfully it is a 3 star.

Reception was there in odd hours At night no answer when called. I left my passport on the room and could not get anyone to answer the phone if it wasn’t for a guest leaving I would have missed my flight.
