The rooms are so tiny you have to go outside to change your mind. They have a bed and a bathroom and hardly any room to store your bag. No closet, no chair.

This hotel was in the perfect location but it was very dirty. There were hand smears of all kinds all over the walls, layers of dust on everything, and the drain was covered in mold and it backed up all the shower water.

Ok so I expected the room to be tiny as advertised but honestly it was a joke. Really only suitable for 1 person. A 3/4 bed jammed against the wall/window with no air con so had to have the window open and deal with the partying sounds all night (Sat night) No top sheet. No jug/coffee making facilities. More suitable for young people, budget, but cost us $214nz for the night. The room was 2x3m incl the ensuite that was very tight for 1 person! But great location and great value continental breakfast at just €7.50 incl barrister coffee!

I am offended by the price of over $200 a night; fortunately we only booked one night. It felt more like a youth hostel than a hotel. The carpeting in the lobby and elevator were filthy, or just needed to be replaced due to wear and tear. The room was ridiculously small with two beds crammed against the walls. The walls and ceiling looked filthy with exposed pipes and no place to store anything. No desks, no shelves, no room. The bathroom was about the size of an airplane bathroom. The shower didn’t have a sealed door so the floor was flooded after a shower. The only plus was the towels and bedding were clean and it was close to both train and bus station. I would have been OK if it was $50 a night. Proceed with caution.

This hotel was a decent spot for a night. I knew before booking that the room was tight - based on pictures and other reviews - but dang that room was small! For someone traveling with a lot of luggage, this room size might not work with them. The location of the hotel was great and close to everything you’d like to see. The hotel had a pub but there were also a few other pubs on the same street for options (again great location). There was no parking on the premise but there were two paid public lots nearby - wasn’t too bad. Super close to Kent station (if you’re coming in by train).
