Good location, pool slide and service
It's always nice to have buffet breakfast included but it wasn't as good as Hunter Valley or Jindabyne Rydges. Valet was a bit steep at $35 per night given the lack of self park options nearby. Tinted window between bathroom and bedroom means night visits to the bathroom disturb sleepers in the main bedroom. Our sofabed also wasn't made when we arrived but the kids liked putting it together.

Can’t wait to return
Wonderful stay at a family friendly hotel. Great location near the shops and restaurants at Honeysuckle precinct. Lovely walk along Harbour foreshore. We self
parked in car park across the road - was a small outdoor car park but we’re plenty of parks available at the time. Kids absolutely loved the pool and water slide. We received a room upgrade and were allowed to check in early - staff were super friendly and accommodating- can’t wait to go back!

Clean and nice, limited room quality.
Decent hotel but the rooms are limited. The Queen bed wasn't a proper base, it was two singles pulled together. The pull out bed was also fairly poor quality. The shower is very small and located in the bath.
No show stoppers, it's clean and nice but for the money you might do better.

I booked through last minute and paid for a property that's advertised room had a balcony in the picture. But the room I got had no balcony. Because they were fully booked, they couldn't accommodate me. I don't like being in a fully enclosed room, so it ruined my weekend away

The suite was spacious and nicely set up, and the harbour views were terrific!
My only issue was with parking as street parking availability is limited or expensive. As well as the current customer $35 service, the hotel should have an arrangement with the council whereby temporary parking permits at a nominal cost of say $20/d are provided to guests to use the nearby street parking sites.

It seems like a convenient location in town but he property has aged significantly and surrounding wine and dine is dead. Hence does not justify high prices.
The worst part of the whole experience was room service. Limited menu, tasteless pricey pizza, room service does not stock simple thing as chilli flakes for the pizza! The bar was closed at 10pm on a Saturday night. The eat street adjacent was dead and close as well. They cannot provide any alcohol to even room service after 10pm. We managed to do Uber eats to get something half decent.
