Hotel falling apart, staff do their best
Would not stay here again. The hotel is old and falling apart. Chair leg coming disconnected, safe didn’t work, shower head would not stay in place due to age. They had to move me to a new room where I had the same issue with the shower. The staff try their best but even they know that it’s falling apart and it’s clear ownership has not done anything about it.

The furnishings are stately, only slightly worse for the wear. It is a lovely quiet sanctuary in the heart of Milan, with continent food and shopping available. Rooms are ‘cozy’.
