well located property within easy walking to a host of great restaurants, my favourite was the Lebanese across the Park 100 yards from hotel. Kurfurstendamm was 150 yards and access to the city very easy. Staff were welcoming and efficient and room spacious and clean - all that was needed for a hassle free well priced stay in the centre.

The room was comfortable and clean. I was on the side of the street where there is a lot of traffic noise, but when you close the window you don't hear a thing. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The room had a small kitchenette that was very cute.

We are a famlily of four and had a very nice stay. The location is perfect. Close to everything you need. Bakeries just outside on the street, 300m to supermarket, and a short walk to Kurfürstendam. Busses near by. The room we had was spacius, with a small kitchen. It had all the basics you might need. We bought our own breakfast at the bakeries, but the hotel offers a breakfast buffet as well. Did not try it, but it looked nice. Only thing to note is that the sofabed is not really suitable for adults, only children would be able to sleep well in it.

Perfect spot for the marathon weekend.

We were in Berlin for the marathon and wanted to book an apartment with cooking facilities. The Citadines were absolutely perfect - really comfortable, and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The hotel is excellent in every way. There are bus stops nearby (about 200 m). The room is equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen. The attitude towards guests deserves special praise. Free coffee and free drinking water in the lobby. I recommend this one to everyone.
