Fantastic hotel! Perfect location for everything, within walking distance to the promenade and shopping. There are charming little restaurants in the neighborhood for those days that pass by too quickly :) The staff is extremely helpful with everything. The breakfast room can get a bit chaotic, but the staff steps in immediately and finds solutions. Amazing bed, great shower, and the room is always clean and tidy. I missed having an outdoor seating area, but eventually found a small park behind the hotel that was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended, and if I return to Shanghai, I’ll definitely stay here again!
