The room was clean and well maintained. It was not overstated with the tropical theme and in my opinion just right. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was great. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom was great (many hotels struggle with this). Finally we were upgraded to a room with a nice view which was perfect for our "special occasion" trip.
The staff was always friendly and smiling which is a tribute to your hotels culture.

Loved the big bathroom with 2 sinks and lots of counter and shelf space for all the toiletries that comes with a family of 5. Staff quickly replenished towels and toilet paper when needed. Loved the easy beach access and the free arcade!

Clean room, beautiful ambiance and nature. Loved the parrots and ducks and the beach access. The pool and hot tub were out of service which wasn't mentioned during the booking. They charge you 45/day for parking too!

We had a very nice stay. The koi ponds were so neat around the resort. It is not the absolute newest, but it is clean. If we stay in San Diego again we would definitely return. It is walking distance to shopping, food, drinks and most importantly the beach.
