Stayed here while a family member had surgery and a few days post op before flying home. What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and easily walkable to/from hospital, a nice park across from it and easily walkable to the mall.

Staff were the winner here. Stayed here because our flight got cancelled and we got put into the Sheraton for the night and the staff were so happy and easy going it made us go from upset to okay very quickly. The restaurant is also delicious!

Very good hotel, close to Richmond Centre for shopping as well as sky train. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I didn’t have a chance to use the outdoor pool but would definitely like to give it a try in future.
