Great service, clean, but mattresses need replaced
The service and food was excellent! My partner and I really enjoyed the full breakfast. The rooms were clean and I can appreciate the eco-friendly cleaning. The size id the suite was great but the mattresses were really uncomfortable. They are very thin and you can feel and hear every spring. The topper was very thin and kept coming off. Pillows were standard sizes fir king beds which left us both having trouble sleeping.

Check-in was good, the room was good, and everything was fine except the cleaning service only changed one bed instead of both. I was told they were very busy and probably got interrupted but forgot to finish the job. Strange!

Thanksgiving with family
One of the things we didn't like was the outside door being right next to our room. We had room 100...ever time someone came and went, the door would slam very hard and shake our room. I understand the quick access to the parking lot. The door needs to be a soft closed door or replaced.

Smoke smells
Entered room and immediately smelled like it was a smoking room....which we did not request. Front desk manager apologized, and took it upon herself to get an air freshener bottle and sprayed it around the room/bathroom. Said the previous occupant would be charged $250.00 for smoking in the room. Seems that the housekeeping staff should have notified the desk that smoking occurred and took care of the problem before we checked in late at night and all this had to occur . Other than than that, everything else was fine.

Property needs a little TLC. The drain in our sink would not open, rigged it to work myself. Chip in tub looked like blood. No ice on first floor. New person at check in was very overwhelmed and did not know what she was doing.thankfully someone finally stepped in. The beds were fantastic, we are both tall so it was easy to get in and out but a short person would have difficulty getting into high beds.
