Our room was nice but was missing lots of essentials (eg towels, soap etc). They kept on piping music into the entrance but would stop if asked. Parking was promised but none available. Pretty sure this was an emergency room for overbooking but there was no recognition. Would not visit here again.

The property is beautiful but since is not the first time I stay, I feel that wear and tear starts to show. Also staff at the bar need to be more attentive to customer, I was standing at the bar waiting to order a drink while 2 employees were talking to each other and a third one fixing her makeup right there.

Property is in the middle of a dirty and unsafe location. Staff were not helpful at all. I paid for an ocean view balcony room and was put in a room with a view of the wall and back abandoned parking lot. I talked with the manager the next day and she offered $50 dollars when I paid over $600 for the room. I contacted expedia and they mentioned the property kept hanging up on them and we had to deal internally. Mediocre overpriced property. You are better off and safe at the hilton couple blocks down the street.
