Not worth the $200 per night .
The staff was excellent but the toilet was dirty and didn't flush. Said they were upgrading us to a king suite but actually downgraded us from what we paid for . Fire alarm went off at 6am for about 5 seconds. They said it happens when someone uses a hot shower too long. Not worth $200 per night.

No breakfast biscuits due to broken oven. Pancake maker not working. Breakfast serving area small and crowded. Non-standard luggage carts were awkward, hard to use effectively.

This hotel is disgusting and dirty. The man who helped us behind the counter at check-in was rude and unfriendly. We had a room for 4 with 2 of everything- towels, wash cloths, etc. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at.
