From the moment of entering the hotel the customer service was above and beyong. I went to my room and was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpfull. Hotel is within walking minutes to the beach and so many food/shopping places close by. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Staff are always courteous and pleasant, room was acceeptable standard, food in the restaurant was very good. Pool and gym were not very good, seemed a little bit of a dumping ground, relocate the gym and make the pool area a more enjoyable place to be, open it up with a retractable canopy to allow people to enjoy the sunshine. Friendly & helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Room service food menu offered plenty of variety I would recommend the Tika Masala pizza which was excellent. The pool area was disappointing as it was full of exercise machines with no area allocated for sun loungers. The hotel was 500m from the bus station and Juhu beach with plenty of transportation options. Yes I would recommend the hotel and hopefully it won’t be another 18 years before I com back😎

DO NOT STAY HERE! There is a nightclub that blasts music till 4am every night of the week on the top floor and it kept me awake on the second floor.There is no escaping it,you have been warned! Staff do not care,wifi is lousy and is constantly dropping out. I was booked for two weeks and staff refused to give me a refund so I could go and stay elsewhere.Totally unbelievable. Worst stay anywhere in my life.

The music in the night club kept us up all night, the rooftop pool is NOTHING!! Like in the photos. We unhooked our phone because we were getting calls from reception 12am, 2am,3am asking if we had ordered things when we definitely did not. We ordered room service and we waited 1.5hrs and ended up having to go to the front desk and ask them to follow up again.. only to wait another 45mins. The staff we really unhelpful and at times rude.
