Great stay for us as a family with small kids. Room was large and comfortable. Swimming pool facilities were excellent and the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Would stay again.

very nice stay
We stayed here for 4 days, when we arrived, the receptionist was very friendly and help full, our room was very comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. breakfast very nice but want to mention, Ali the waitress, she was amazing she works very hard running around making sure everything was full and still had time to make sure all the quests had and needed what they wanted. Room was beautiful and modern bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Other guests were loud agressive - a security guard was loudly attending to “Sean” at 3 am as he’d been disturbing everyone with drunken behaviour. Took ages to get back to sleep.

Rooms were lovely and clean. Reception staff very friendly Whilst breakfast was ok on Saturday. On Sunday when we arrived for breakfast there were lots of tables with dirty plates and when we asked it took a while for someone to clean them away. There wasn’t much food out. It was busy but not enough staff to facilitate the breakfast rush.

Nicely decorated and comfortable however felt understaffed and undercatered for nunber of guests spa is way too small for size of hotel and nunher of guests to be anle to enjoy it too cramped and not relaxing. Breakfast also ran out of many items and staff struggling to clear tables and restock

Convenient location as close to major road but surprisingly quite. The room was a good size and well appointed. Restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast had a very good selection. Staff were attentive but not invasive, service was very good .

We had a lovely stay overall Hotel waa very modern kept clean, spa area waa very nice. Breakfast had a good choice. We found a couple of minor things with the room, the bath needed changing and a stain on one of the bed sheets.

The heating had broken and so I was unable to stay at the hotel but wasn’t told until I arrived at 7.30pm (seems the owner was the only person with the hotel.com log-in. The pub was being refurbished and very dirty but wasn’t mentioned … but I had guessed because the price was cheap. Staff on site were very helpful and apologetic … and this wasn’t their fault.

The staff were very pleasant. the room, shower, mattress and power points were all very adequate. The lighting over the desk seemed less than adequate, though (the only small niggle in an otherwise superb accommodation. The variety available at breakfast at a relatively small cost was extremely good. A very pleasurable experience. We hope to stay again.

Cold Rooms
The big thing for me is that the room is very cold, I’ve had the radiator turned up to 6 for the full duration of the stay but with no heat coming from it, it’s January the heating should be on! The cold woke me up so I went to reception who popped a heater in my room but to be honest this shouldn’t happen. Breakfast was a disaster Infact we didn’t eat anything, I asked for poached eggs twice but after a long wait decided to leave.
