The butler service is outstanding. Additionally I love the quaintness of the bar and even when sitting alone, everyone is attentive and makes you feel appreciated and comfortable. All staff are friendly and highly professional. For the vintage "English" feeling, stay at the Lanesborough. Next time I'll visit the spa and pool.

My stay at the Lanesborough was wonderful. The concierge staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations.
