Excelente lugar!!! Sus habitaciones cumplen con lo necesario para pasar la noche, tienen buffet en las mañanas a un costo accesible, las albercas están en buenas condiciones, las habitaciones tienen buen aire acondicionado, lugares para realizar diversas actividades lúdicas como ajedrez gigante o billar. Se pueden realizar eventos. La comida está muy rica, tienen elevadores, uno dedicado para las habitaciones y el otro tiene el acceso a la alberca. La limpieza es muy buena! Tienen cajas de seguridad por si necesitan guardar algo y cuando limpian el cuarto dan algunas botellas de agua. Algunas veces, si te encuentras en el lobby, llegan a regalar pequeñas paletas de hielo. De igual manera, el trato que dan es muy bueno! A mejorar: Lo malo es que aún no cuentan con internet en habitaciones, solo en el lobby No cuentan con un minibar o pequeño refrigerador en los cuartos Que deberían contar con una tienda tipo Oxxo dentro o cerca del hotel, debido a que por su ubicación las tiendas quedan muy lejos. Las calles cerca del hotel no tienen mucha iluminación Sería bueno tener alguna isla o bar donde vendan bebidas, como café, refrescos, alcohol, etc. La mayor parte del día. Y que en algunos lugares del comedor abundan algunos bichitos molestos. Pero en general es un gran hotel en el cual te llevas una gran experiencia y un buen trato! La verdad volvería a ir c:

La habitacion no tiene wifi, algo que no se que tan visto sea actualmente en un hotel, la habitacion paea mi y mi familia, estaba arrinconada, sin luz en el pasillo, el airw acondicionado ya no esta en buena condiciones, suelta un olor para nada comodo, el personal es muy amable, son embargo jno reserva y paga el costo buscando buenas instalaciones, en lo personal no volvere jamas.

Super atención.

Excelente atención, las habitaciones muy cómodas y una vista inigualable de Acapulco, a pesar del paso del huracán, lo pudieron resolver y esta excelente, yo me hospede con mi esposa, pero en el grupo con quienes estuvimos en Acapulco éramos 27 personas y ecidimos desayunar el buffet de esta propiedad ($180.00), la verdad la atención fue excelente, incluso para el dia 2, solicitamos que si nos podían agregar al buffet consomé de barbacoa, fue genial, super deliciosa y todos quedamos contentos, muchas gracias a todo el personal. Dios les bendiga.
