Do not recommemd. The check in person rude. I left
The lady at the front desk was rude. Showed up at 8pm. Had reservation. She told me it was cancelled cause they tried to run my card. It was turned off. I said why did you run my card? She said you booked through best western and thats how we do it. I said no i booked through hotels.com amd said id pay when got here. She told me no i didnt. I brought up the email confirmation that said hotels.com she said oh it went through expedia. She said it says here collect from customer. I said then why did you try to run my card. She said oh i didnt do it. It was someone else. The rude lady i talked to was Angie. So i left. Stayed at many best westerns and never been treated so rudely. Ill never stay at the location again or recommend.

Property is clean and well-maintained. The staff is great. The rooms are really nice. Slept very good in a quiet area. But what really sold us was the excellent free breakfast we got in the morning and I’m talking a real breakfast eggs bacon sausage toast you name it I won’t say anywhere else if I come to Palestine.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It needs a little updating. But it has been maintained. Restaurant breakfast included was a nice touch. I would stay again.

Most everything was pretty good, except for finding ice. They put the ice machine down on the south end of the units on the 2nd floor, making it difficult or impossible for a person with difficulty of ascending the stops to get to it.

Our stay was good no noise issues and pool was nice. Everything worked good. Everything was clean. Mattreses were a bit stiff but didn't hurt my sensitive back, a pluss. Nice area where I could work at. Staff was very friendly.
