Honest review- great location, nice pool
Hotel is in an excellent location, a short walk down to Meloneras beach and the shops/bars/walkway (fantastic resort with classy restaurants and shops). The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, I like how it is set out that the rooms are not in a singular block and you have more of an independent feel. The pools are clean and warm and the gym is pretty good. The hotel is also a short walk to various bus connections. The lower large pool is the nicest and altough we were out of season it was never over crowded and relaxed. The hotel food was 3 star, it was always fresh and warm with a couple of choices but it was ok rather than amazing (I'd suggest bed and breakfast and go out for meals). If you have any mobility issues I'd suggest requesting a room nearer the reception as we were at the bottom of the gardens (it didnt bother us as fairly fit)

Lovely complex multiple small pools plenty of sun loungers. Approximately 15/20 minute walk into town. Only down side is the pool bar which is the only bar onsite closes at 10pm

Comfortable rooms and nice pool and environs, but staff a bit grumpy. Most of the hotels in the area are all inclusive and it is a fair walk to the shopping centre and restaurants.

On the positive, it's a great location to explore from. On the negative, the reception staff seemed to view it as a chore to do anything; there was no hot water in our room for the first 24 hours - it took 3 visits to reception for that to be resolved; and steer clear of the restaurant buffet - expensive and very poor.

Bra enkelt hotell.
Andra gången på Cay Beach Meloneras. Förra för två år sedan. Ett bra enkelt hotell med mycket aktiviteter. Ingen lyx men allt funkar och det ligger bra med 200m ner till strandpromenaden. Vi gick till fyren varje dag - typ 1,6km. Gillar frukosten som är väldigt generös, bra gym, biljardbord, litecslitet pingisbord, minigolf, paddel-bana. Vi hängde mycket på stranden men även i poolen längst in. Bra att det är lite blandade nationaliteter också - svenskar, norrmän, finnar, tyskar, holländare, engelsmän.

Med unntak av et lite feilskjær ved ankomst så var oppholdet på Caybeach over all forventning. Frokosten var utmerket og betjeningen suveren. Hyggelige og imøtekommende fra innsjekking til utsjekking. Maten i poolbaren var stort sett veldig bra, men alt serveres ned pommes frites. Kunne godt ha vært noen alternativer. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake til caybeach ved en annen anledning.

Weg zum Strand weiter als angegeben (Luftlinie) im Meer baden schwierig, wenn das Wasser durch die Wellen aufgewühlt ist und man die großen Steine nicht sieht (Verletzungsgefahr) Der Weg zu anderen Restaurants weiter weg, Halbpension Empfehlenswert. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern super

Relax y comodidad
Hotel a 15 minutos andando a la playa, zona tranquila y con aparcamiento. Habitación grande y no le falta de nada, piscinas grandes y cómodas. Entorno verde. Nos ha gustado. El personal amable y agradable.

Ojo no te equivoques en tu reserva
Nos gustó mucho pero ojo a los que vayan a reservar. Es fácil confundir la reserva, crees que te incluye cocina y solo incluye habitación. Las fotos confunden. Al final nos resolvieron el problema pagando 125€ más. Pero no te devuelven el dinero

Un estancia con mucho encanto
Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Estuvimos 5 dias y no tuvimos ningun problema. El acceso a las piscinas es muy facil, disponen de 2 grandes y unas cuantas pequeñas, un minimarket, una pista de padel y parking hay suficiente en la calle de delante del hotel. El personal muy agradable en todo momento. La ubicacion ideal, cerca de las dunas y del faro de Maspalomas.
