Nice location. The doors are too loud when they close. We could hear the neighbors and it sounded like they were slamming the door but the doors don’t close quietly. Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything is nearby. Old plumbing. Tub stopped up with water.

Short trip with good view.
Great looking property that's truly a good renovation of old architecture that's been modernized. Felt like you were in a special place. Would definitely give it another stay. Especially if you get a room with a balcony. Good to sit for a moment and just watch portions of the harbor from your room.

It was ok , an older property in need of some tlc . Room had broken light , bathroom door handle fell off , huge shallow sink doesn’t rinse kind of gross, rusty fixture in tub , carpets dirty , broken fixture on shower hand bar, ripped shower curtain . Happy hr has kind of gross , super cheap sutter home wine and soggy fried food but was complimentary. Charged me for parking when I paid for parking and don’t explain at all how I was suppose to pay for the parking even after asking twice . Asked to fill hand sanitizer at elevator 3 times , never filled . Feel Like they are going out of business .

Overall the people were very nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. But it just felt like a few minor tweaks could take this from a being 'decent' to something special.

Not happy and not worth the money
My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The best part of our stay was the location. We had several issues including no hot water, water being so hot that it could scald your skin, sheets that didn't fit the bed. We brought up the issue of the water and sheets to the front desk. They replaced the sheets with more sheets that didn't fit. The water was turned off for two hours (with advanced notice) then again the next day without notice. Also, there is some sort of employee space next to our room, and they were loud when they were in there. Lastly, the carpet is old, and it looks and feels old and dirty. I was glad I brought my slippers. If you stay here, you are paying for location only. We wont stay here again.

Centrally located.
Great spot. Close to everything. Very Walkable. On the water. Comfortable Bed. Juliette Balcony. Nice staff. However, the shower.... 5'8 and had to duck to fit under the shower head. Also the tub was so slanted that it was awkward to stand in the shower. Almost had to stand with your feet together. Thats the only knock on this place.
