I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Ryan, Janaya, and the young lady who assisted me with checkout on September 16th before 11 a.m. were all friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean, and the service was prompt and professional. Everything about the stay was great. My only minor issue was that the internet connection wasn’t quite strong enough for my needs, particularly when sending large email attachments. Other than that, it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable!

I came to this hotel for the first time celebrating my 30 year high school reunion for the weekend. The staff was great. The room was nice and spacious, and even though I would consider this hotel to be in the heart of downtown inner harbor, it was surprisingly quiet. Checking out was a breeze, and the surrounding restaurants were absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10! Oh, I asked for a late checkout(12noon) which this hotel honored. And when I hopped in the shower at 11 o’clock, the water was still piping hot so now I have to change my review lol 20 out of 20.!!!!
