We were not all inclusive and the staff were so unhelpful and ignored us on many occasions with not being all inclusive including having to stand around to be served and then stand around again to pay your bill at the bar and then no cash returned on the change from the bar bill after giving up behind stood around and ignored

The Resort was really nice, our only complaint was the food was not worth what we paid for all inclusive. Breakfast was pretty much good daily. Lunch and Dinner was were the struggle was for us to find something we liked. We utilized KFC next door as well as Antonio’s restaurant a short walk away. It’s a must try the pasta and pizza was incredible.

We had an excellent 4 night stay at Cobaya beach resort for my mom's 50th birthday. The staff were friendly and attentive. The area surrounding the property is accessible with a shopping mall just across the street. The property is located directly on the beautiful and clean grand anse beach. The property and grounds are well maintained. The pool is clean with a swim up bar. The rooms are clean, but are in need of upgrading. Special mention to Rodriguez and David who went above and beyond.

The entire staff--concierge, bartenders, servers, and cleaning crew--was friendly and attentive to one's needs. While the resort is not new, it has a clean and comfortable character. Besides the personnel, Coyaba's location on Grand Anse Beach is certainly one of its greatest assets: wonderful view, beautiful sunsets, and (in July) no crowds. I wish to offer two recommendations: 1) place a list of each day's activities in the lobby and 2) consider putting lit Sterno on the outdoor dining tables to ward off flies (which seemed to an annoyance just during breakfast).
